Integrative Engineering project and the agile scrum Framework

The research evaluated the effectiveness of cooperative learning and the development of soft skills within the framework of an integrative engineering project, managed through an agile framework (Scrum). The methodology consisted of a quantitative study with a descriptive approach, measuring soft skills through an interactive exercise integrated into the Scrum ceremonies, and the use of rubrics aligned with the guidelines of the Engineering Accreditation Commission (ABET).

Microwave Synthesis, Reactivity, Electrical and Spectral studies of Oxovanadium (iv) Complexes Schiff base ligands derived from Diphenylglyoxal Moiety

Microwave-assisted synthesis has emerged as a powerful technique in modern chemistry, offering a sustainable and efficient alternative to conventional thermal methods. Microwave irradiated reactions under solvent free or less solvent conditions are attractive offering shorter reaction times, improved yields, and cleaner products with simplicity in processing and handling. Vanadium containing compounds have their utility in various physico-chemicals, biochemical physiological, enzymatic and catalytic processes. Novel solid complexes of oxovanadium(IV) with the Schiff bases viz.

Pregnancy-related Sacro-Iliac joint pain Relief is possible through Appropriate Physiotherapy

Pregnancy brings along lots of changes in the mothers’bodieswhich adverselyaffect theirhealth and activities of daily life (ADL) like sacroiliacjoint (SIJ) pain. Objective: To ascertain the extent and pattern of sacro-iliac joint pain among pregnant and postnatal women reporting at a tertiary care hospital in north India.Toassess the impact of physiotherapeutic intervention on these women. Methods: The target population consisted of women in the ante and post-natalstages, randomly selected from the Obstetrics and Gynecology OPD at a tertiary care hospital in northern India.

Understanding Citation Errors: Patterns, Causes, and Implications for Academic Integrity

This study presents a comprehensive conceptual and contextual framework for understanding citation accuracy in academic research, with a particular emphasis on the discipline of Library and Information Science (LIS). It explores the essential role that citations and references play in scholarly communication—not only as tools for tracing prior knowledge but also as reflections of academic integrity and intellectual honesty.

Assessment of Agromet Advisory Services from the Perspective of Farmersin Nandurbar District, Maharashtra

A study was undertaken in Nandurbar district, Maharashtra, by the District Agrometeorological Unit (DAMU) in 2024 to evaluate farmers’ perceptions and adoption of weather forecasts and agro-advisory services. The Agromet Advisory Bulletins (AABs) were issued twice weekly (Tuesday and Friday) through Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) to support farm-level decision-making. Survey results from 106 farmers indicated that 93.4% regularly utilized weather-based advisories.

The Effectiveness of Neurodynamic Sliding Technique and Static stretchng On Hamstring Flexbilty of the office Workers- a Comparative Study

Introduction: Flexibility is defined as the range of motion available in a joint or a group of joints that is influenced by muscles, tendons, ligaments and bones. Decreased hamstring flexibility is suggested to be one of the predisposing factors for hamstring strains. Objective: To compare the effect of neurodynamic sliding technique and static hamstring stretching to improve flexibility and range of motion in office workers. Method: In the present study, the 40 office workers between age group 25-55 years were selected from the outpatient department in clinical setting.

Rehabilitation of an Illegal gold Mining site After Exploitation in Koudougou, Bouafle Department (Cote d’Ivoire)

Illegal artisanal gold mining has been around for decades and is practiced by millions of people around the world. In Côte d'Ivoire, it is carried out by poor populations. Gold panning appears to be an effective means of combating poverty and unemployment in Koudougou. The overall objective of this work is to highlight a plan for restoring the site after exploitation by conducting a diagnosis and an assessment of the effects of mining activities with a view to proposing rehabilitation methods.

Application of New Teaching Modelin Environmental Biology Teaching

As an interdisciplinary subject, environmental biology encompasses extensive and complex teaching content. The traditional teaching models exhibit numerous shortcomings in content updates, method diversification, scientific evaluation systems, and practical component development. To address these issues, this study introduces the"Two Innovations and Three Transformations" mode: innovation in classroom teaching theories and experimental teaching mechanisms, alongside visualization of course content, normalization of course management, and application-oriented course outcomes.

Different labor Regulatory Institutions — One Solution?

This study presents how the labor reform promoted by progressive governments in Mexico since 2019 has influenced local statistics in terms of the resolution of labor and union disputes by the Aguascalientes Labor Conciliation Center. The historical trendof conflict resolution between capital and labor was interrupted by the creation of a new labor conciliation institute, as labor mediators are now part of the country's judicial branch, making labor justice faster and more expeditious. Such changeshave been reflected in a new historical statistical behavior in labor matters.
