In Benin, the factors behind the low representation of international-level referees on the FIFA list (8‰) are not known. The context of practice and the training followed by these referees would be potential factors. The study is of a cross-sectional type with participants, 42 referees aged 20 to 39 (including twenty-six of international level) who completed the questionnaire and 10 managers aged 32 to 74 interviewed.

Objetivo: Analisar o conhecimento das gestantes acerca da violência obstétrica. Método: Trata-se de um estudo exploratório, descritivo de abordagem quali-quantitativa, realizado com 164 gestantes cadastradas nas Unidades Básicas de Saúde do município de Cajazeiras, Paraíba, Brasil. Para a coleta de dados foi realizada uma entrevista por meio de questionário semiestruturado, após a aprovação do Comitê de Ética em Pesquisa. Resultados: 28% das gestantes relataram ter vivenciado situações injustas, com discursos de violência verbal e até sexual em suas consultas.

Incubators support entrepreneurs through the provision of services, access to resources and networks. These interactions foster the generation of new businesses and are an intermediation mechanism used to support the development of small businesses. In this sense, the present study aims to investigate the term network in studies on business incubators. For this, a review study was carried out based on bibliometric techniques, which identifies the application of the network notion.

Método: revisão integrativa de literatura realizada entre fevereiro e maio de 2021 nas bases de dados: BVS - Sistema Online de Busca e Análise de Literatura Médica (LILACS/ BDENF), PubMed/MEDLINE, EMBASE, Scopus, CINAHL, Web of Science e Scientific Electronic Library Online (Scielo), com os descritores: riscos ambientais, pessoa idosa e domicílio devidamente adaptados às bases, nos idiomas português, inglês e espanhol, com operador booleano AND.

This paper aims to approach the procedures on quality control of concrete applied on paving through a study of case of an aeroportuary construction in the City of Recife. The results from the compressive strenght and flexural tensile strenght were analyzed in order to verify the meeting of the project criterias and the current standards. Besides, it is presented the correlation between the results from tests done with 7 and 28 days.

O objetivo do estudo foi identificar potencialidades emergentes de lideranças formais e informais em uma empresa do setor metalúrgico localizada em São Caetano do Sul-SP e os possíveis benefícios das interações entre seus colaboradores. Para tanto, foi aplicado um questionário para cada componente da equipe, cujos dados foram analisados à luz da Teoria de Análise de Redes Sociais (ARS). Foram formados três grupos de fluxos de informações: técnicas, recursos humanos e relações de amizade, tanto no nível administrativo, quanto operacional.

Teaching in university education requires intellectual, professional and pedagogical skills, which added to the requirements related to changes in the education system in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, constituted an even more complex and challenging process for these professionals, raising a situation of extreme vulnerability to triggering and worsening mental disorders. The objective of this study was to characterize the groups evaluated in terms of sociodemographic and employment data and to determine the prevalence of referred mental disorders.

For this growth, safety and microbiological protection are mandatory to ensure that cosmetics are protected from microorganisms. Formulas with expired validity and term can cause an unwanted effect such as contact dermatitis, irritations, allergies.

O artigo trata do novo sistema de hierarquia de fontes justrabalhistas implementado pela Lei n. 13.467/2017 (art. 611-A, parágrafo único do 611-B, parágrafo único do artigo 444 e art. 620 na CLT). Aborda a (des) harmonia dessa norma e o sistema internacional de proteção aos Direitos Humanos trabalhistas com a necessária realização do controle de convencionalidade pelo Estado brasileiro. Para tanto, utilizou o método sociojurídico crítico e realizou pesquisa bibliográfica e documental.

The objective of this text is to analyze territorial development factors, promoted by the agglomeration of shared service centers, which contribute to the regional and urban economy through the spillover effect, observing interrelated corporate components of governance, strategy and location, as well as externalities on the non-participants, in particular at the economic, social and environmental levels.
