Construção de um álbum seriado sobre sífilis para gestantes

Trata-se de um estudo metodológico, de caráter descritivo, que tem como objetivo descrever o processo de construção de um álbum seriado sobre sífilis para gestantes, intitulado: Vamos falar sobre sífilis?!. O mesmo foi confeccionado após o diagnóstico situacional realizado através dos grupos de gestantes executados em uma Unidade de saúde da Família, localizada no Distrito Sanitário VI, Recife/Pernambuco/Brazil. O conteúdo do material educativo está baseado no protocolo do Ministério da Saúde e as ilustrações foram selecionadas em websites.

Aspectos multimodais relacionados à posição do fonoaudiólogo no processo terapêutico

Introdução: É esperado que até os cinco anos de idade as crianças consigam produzir todos os fonemas de sua língua materna. Quando isto não acontece, elas necessitam do auxílio do fonoaudiólogo. As abordagens terapêuticas e conceituações teóricas que subsidiam as práticas clínicas nestes casos são variadas. A perspectiva teórica interacionista é a que comporta a análise das instâncias multimodais. Objetivo:Identificar as instâncias multimodais relacionadas à posição da terapeuta durante as terapias fonoaudiológicas e refletir sobre suascontribuições.

Quality of nursing assistance and risk classification in urgency and emergency

The present study aimed to identify the difficulties and problems faced by nurses in the emergency room, in the risk classification and to identify the degree of information of the population in relation to the services offered. The research was carried out through a bibliographic survey and based on the experience of the authors. The nurse is a professional of paramount importance not only in the risk classification, but as a trained professional who has scientific knowledge to solve problems in urgency and emergency.

Experiences, meanings and perspectives of people with chronic renal failure after kidney transplantation

Objective: To investigate the meaning, experiences and perspectives of people undergoing kidney transplantation, registered with the Association of Chronic and Transplanted Renals of the State of Pará, Brazil. Method: descriptive, exploratory qualitative research using an interview script as a tool and semi-structured interview as a collection technique. Participated in the research 10 people submitted to kidney transplant, registered in the Association of Support to Chronic and Transplanted Kidneys of the State of Pará.

Traceability of blood products from blood banks to patients beds in the university hospitals centers of Bouaké and Treichville, Côte D´Ivoire

The evaluation of the traceability of blood components in Teaching Hospital Center (THC) of Bouaké and Treichville, Côte d’Ivoire aimed to describe and compare the traceability of blood components in their THC for the improvement of the procedures of blood flow in the hospital. In this descriptive, prospective, transversal and comparative study, data were collected using a questionnaire during some exhaustive recruitment of the purchase order forms of all the units of blood components delivered from August 4th to October 3rd, 2014. Overall, 2,152 units of BP were enlisted and drawn.

Nurses' actions in caring for women in the immediate puerperium

Objective: To evaluate the actions of nurses in the care of women in the immediate puerperium. Methods: This is a descriptive, qualitative and exploratory study carried out with all nurses from a private maternity hospital in Teresina-PI. Daily and day care nurses were included and those who were on leave and/or vacation during the research were excluded. Data were collected from September to November 2016, through a semi-structured interview script. For the analysis of the data, the technique of Collective Subject Discourse was used.

Death associated factors of oncohematological patients in the intensive care unit

Oncohematological patients have immunological fragility due to the systemic impairment caused by the pathology and effects of immunosuppressive treatments. These factors lead to the need for hospitalization and more complex care such as those available in the ICU. Despite the advanced support, some patients die and some factors are predictors of death in the ICU. Methodology: Descriptive, retrospective and quantitative study, carried out in a public oncology reference hospital in Pará. The sources of information were medical records of oncohematological patients.

A socio-psychological aspect of creativity in teaching, learning and evaluation

Today if our education is to give something to our future nation-builders, it is not stereotyped knowledge or information which we give them in classrooms, nor the degrees or diplomas which they get at the end of their school and college education as a written guarantee for some kind of employment but a trained intellect which would enable them to deal with the situations in divergent ways.

Past fund: concept, characteristics and legalization

The pasture fund is a community found in various parts of Brazil, mainly in the semiarid hinterland. In general, these communities are considered a traditional population and live against the national productive system. The objective of this article is to demonstrate the importance of the pasture fund, since it has already been recognized as a cultural heritage of Bahia, it must be preserved and its legal rules implemented. It was concluded that the pasture fund preserves a differentiated productive system. For this, the article starts from a bibliographic research on the theme.
