Interventions for sexual dysfunction in women with breast cancer: a systematic review

Objective: To analyze the effectiveness of interventions performed in women with breast cancer for the improvement of sexual dysfunction. Materials and Methods: This was a systematic review of the literature following the PRISMA guidelines. Bibliographical searches were carried out in the Medline, LILACS, Ibecs, BDenf, Scopus, Web of Science and CINAHL databases.

Immunization against human papillomavirus (hpv): knowledge of parents/guardians

Objective: To analyze the knowledge of parents/guardians about the HPV vaccine. Materials and methods: This is an observational, descriptive and quantitative study, conducted in municipal schools located in Belém-PA, Brazil; from april to june 2019. It consisted by the application of a questionnaire with 18 closed questions divided in two parts. Results: The study consisted of 363 parents/guardians. Most are between 31-40 years old, are female, have completed high school, are single, have 2-3 children, are evangelical and have a family income between 1 and 2 minimum wages.

The challenges of late replantation of avulsed permanent teeth: literature review

The objective of the present study was to address, by means of a literature review, the possible and most common consequences and complications of late permanent tooth replantation in patients who suffered dental avulsion. For this, a search for scientific articles was performed, covering case reports, systematic reviews and literature review. Articles published in the last 11 years were included, except for the inclusion of classic works on the subject and a textbook from the main Pubmed, Scielo and Google Schoolar databases.

Quality of life and adolescents with heart disease: an integrative review of literature

This literature review was aimed at investigating the quality of life (QoL) of adolescents with cardiomyopathy and its associated factors. Pubmed, Scielo, Lilacs and Cochrane databases were consulted in the period between 2010 and 2019, in the languages English, Portuguese and Spanish in the original article format. After analysis, 18 articles were selected. The physical limitation was one of the dimensions identified in terms of changes in QoL of these adolescents, leading to their exclusion from physical activities which require social interaction.

Chemical stabilization and geosynthetic application for road purposes

The chemical stabilization of the clay soil from the Puraquequara branch located between Manaus and Rio Preto da Eva was evaluated, with the participation of the chemical additives ECOLOPAVI®, EMC²® and TERRAZYME®, as well as the geogrid MacGrid® NET. Characterization of the epidemiological profile of tuberculosis patients in a large city in Brazil

Tuberculosis is an infectious and contagious disease that has been a concern for public health for decades. About 90,000 cases of the disease are reported per year in Brazil alone.
