O tratamento preconizado pela Organização Mundial de Saúde é a Poliquimioterapia (PQT), uma associação de Rifampicina, Dapsona e Clofazimina, dispensada de forma gratuita em toda a rede de atenção básica do Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS) de acordo com a forma operacional.

Patient's memory and skin under medical look

This paper deals with the memory of patients with skin marks left by disease. The study was motivated because of the reports made by such patients in medical consultations, whose memories presented demonstrate not only the suffering of physical pain, but the psychological pain caused by the social exclusion that these individuals end up due to prejudice. Effectiveness of tens versus interferential therapy in patients with cervical radiculopathy

Background: Cervical radiculopathy is a dysfunction of nerve root of the cervical spine where C6 & C7 nerve roots are the most commonly affected.
