Hellp syndrome and nursing management care: a review study
Hellp syndrome has been coursing with high maternal and perinatal morbidity and mortality, and is known as a serious complication of pre-eclampsia, coming from gestational hypertension. In most cases, a pregnancy interruption is necessary as a way to cure the disease. This study is a narrative review with a descriptive approach that hás allowed the compreehension and interpretation of Hellp syndrome made from analyzed studies during the period of march to april in 2017, through the descriptor “Hellp syndrome”.
