Parents play an important role in obesity prevention. Children rely on their parents to guide their eating and activity behaviors. Rising prevalence of obesity in children is a critical issue globally. The present study was done to describe child and parents perception of parenting efficacy participating in GOH, Gift of Health through nutrition and exercise intervention program related to BMI. A descriptive cross sectional study done on 100 parents and children selected by convenient sampling.

Objective: Chest wall injury is an extremely common following blunt trauma. It varies in severity from minor bruising or an isolated rib fracture to server crush injuries. About 10% of adult patients in high-energy trauma sustain multiple rib fractures. Some of these patients suffer from flail chest leading to respiratory insufficiency. IPA administration is one of the different methods for providing perioperative analgesia in various upper abdominal surgeries like cholecystectomy, renal surgery and breast surgery.

Aim: To describe current evidence and guidelines that support non-surgical management of liver injuries in blunt trauma. The liver is the most commonly injured organ in blunt abdominal trauma and the second most commonly injured organ in penetrating abdominal trauma.Hepatic trauma is a common cause for admissions in the Emergency Room. Currently, non-surgical management is the standard treatment in hemodynamically stable patients with a success rate of around 85–98%. In the past, most liver injuries were treated surgically.

The aim was to report a case of successful nonvital bleaching walking bleach and maintain the natal tooth structure, with follow up reports of 1 years.

Aortico Left Ventricular Tunnel (ALVT) is a rare congenital anomaly. It presents as an asymptomatic murmur to severe Aortic Regurgitation (AR) and heart failure. Most of the patients have heart failure in first year of life. Method: We present a review of the relevant literature and 20 recent articles with case presentations. Patient rarely present beyond second decade of life.

Purpose: To validate empirically the Brief core set for low back pain of the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health in the context of a Back School program. Method: Quantitative, descriptive and cross sectional study with 69 subjects, from April to November 2015. The core set was applied by asking questions of Body Functions, Activities and Participation and Environmental Factors. Clinical records and complementary examinations of physical therapy assessment were used to classify Body Structures.

The advances of MRI it become the first choice modality in assessment of patients with disc prolapse . As it is non invasive, non ionizing imaging modality.Eighty three patients 47 male and 36 female was included in this study and all patients were examined clinically and there MRI result was evaluated from January 2013 till January 2017.

The aim of this study was to analyse if off-pumpcoronary artery bypass surgery (CABG) is associated with better treatment outcomes than on-pump CABG. Method: We reviewed 10 recent articles on pub-med off-pump and on-pump CABG revascularization.
