An important challenge in statistical modeling involves determining an appropriate structural form for a model to be used in sampling. Various sampling methods have been developed by many researchers, namely the Time Location Sampling (TLS) method by Quaglia and Vivier, the Respondent Driven Sampling (RDS) method by Heckathorn, and the filter-survey method (MEF) by Kalton, etc. In this paper, we propose the Sampling By Use of Complicity (SBUC) model based on the principle of use of interviewers assisted by accomplice units.

The purpose of the paper is to determine the burnout intervention strategies among Police officers in Matungulu Sub County, Kenya. The target population for the study was the police officers (N=250) stationed in various stations within Matungulu Sub- County. Out of the total population of 250, 100 (40%) police officers were from Kenya Police Service (KPS), 125 (50%) police officers from Administration Police Service (APS) and 25 (10%) police officers from Directorate of Criminal Investigation Department (DCI).

Alternative methods such as the use of technologies that will facilitate research and extension are on the rise. An example is the application of electronic tools focused on information technology, mainly in quantitative delineation research, since these have the objective of analyzing facts or phenomena through numerical data, using collection instruments such as questionnaires and forms.

This article approaches the main demands and results of the execution of the Agrarian Development Ministry’s Project, Mais Gestão, which was carried out from 2012 to 2016 and assisted 471 cooperatives of family farmers in Brazil. The article makes a parallel between the planning of the actions in the three management areas most demanded in the Project and the management school’s referentials. As methodology it is used bibliographical research, document analyses, interviews and participative observation.

This study approached woman’s perception before the signs and symptoms of climateric and the importance of the Woman’s Health consultation as offered by the Family Health Units. Objective: To assess the woman’s knowledge on climateric, as well as the identification of the signs and symptoms. Methodology: Research of descriptive, exploratory character of quali-quantitative approach carried out by means of a semi-structured questionnaire applied at a FHU in the municipality of Vitória da Conquista/BA.

In the process of research, a device to determining the rheological, dilatometric, relaxation and deformation characteristics of individual polymers and polymer compositions under the conditions corresponding to operating conditions has been developed. A mechanical-chemical modification of a mixture of ethylene-propylene copolymers (SREP-5, .... = 1.7-1.8 x 105 ρ = 870 kg / m3, EPDM - 60, propylene content - 40%, antioxidant - 0.3% (m.), Mooney viscosity - 60, unsaturability - 1.7% (m.) and polyvinyl chloride (PVC)).

The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of retirement policy on academic staff attrition in tertiary institutions in Adamawa state Nigeria by trailing the two major objectives of the new Pension Reform Act of year 2004 as reviewed in 2014. The study conceptual framework used the power resource theory to justify the role of the state (government) in provision and control of social security issues to explain the retirement process. The study utilised descriptive survey design with mixed method (Triangulation) research approach underpinned by pragmatism philosophy.

In recent decades, Brazil has seen a change in its population profile characterized by the rapid and accentuated increase of the elderly. The natural aging process weakens the individual making them more prone to develop old age diseases that can compromise independence and self-reliance. When investigating the issue of crime in the country, one can see an increase of the participation of elderly people in this context, ending with the incarceration of these individuals.
