Opening of capital represents a great source of fundraising for companies. However, this modality of financing brings not only financial solutions, but also duties. Among the most important ones, we can mention the regular disclosure of information. In this context, there is a look on the process of mediation of highly complex information. In this perspective, the mechanisms, especially of the main agent responsible for the mediation of such information in the Brazilian Capital Market, are presented.

With increasing life expectancy population of India is ageing. All the traditional sources will not suffice to meet retirement needs. Providing social security to every individual is seems to be a threat to Union budget and also to the economic reforms. Government of India has taken adequate steps to curtail poverty and to provide sustainable solution to it. New Pension Scheme is the tool which will provide social security to all including economically weaker section of the society to the workers of unorganized sector.

This study aimed to present a prototype system to assist the scientific police to identify criminals. This is a descriptive applied research, with a qualitative approach using the hypothetical-deductive method; developed during the specialization course in Criminal Forensics, in Brazil. The subjects of the study to form the database were extracted from documents published by the Department of Public Safety.

Character education is taught in schools so that students in all their attitudes and behavior reflect the value of noble character and civilized in everyday life. The facts in primary schools shows that the learning which occurs in the classroom did not show character education but more indicative of instruction.

This study utilized qualitative research methods to capture international youth voices regarding issues and concerns they face as students in the Midwestern US and the possible strategies to resolve such challenges. At present, universities have to respond to social demands, without losing autonomy. For this reason, it must perform processes in the most transparent way possible so that society knows and endorses what happens in it. Quality assurance in universities tends to promote autonomy and decentralization, but it is a challenge to focus more on solving the main problems of society.

Objective: The objective of this study was to identify the attitudes of Primary Health Care professionals toward the work and interpersonal relationships with patients who present disorders related to alcohol use. Methods: This is a cross-sectional study that was performedthrough the application of two questionnaires in a non-probabilistic sample of 489 health professionals working in Primary Health Care in the city of Uberlândia, Minas Gerais state, Brazil. Results: Data analysis allowed identifyingthat the professionals presented negative attitudes toward the work with these patients.

Background: The process of rapid and unplanned urbanization has resulted in an unwanted revolution in the growth of motorvehicle worldwide. The alarming increase in morbidity and mortality showing to Road Traffic Accident over the past fewdecades is a matter of great concern in Kerala. Day by day road traffic accidents are increasing in Kottayam district.
