Climate in the natural sense is referred to as the condition of the weather at a place over a period of years as exhibited by temperature, wind, velocity and precipitation but these features of the natural climate cannot be incorporated to define organizational climate. Organizational climate should be viewed from a total system perceptive. It is a general expression that conveys the impression people have of the environment in which. It is an abstract and intangible concept, difficult to explain. It explains how one organization differs from the other.

Parliamentary diplomacy in making of foreign policy

The twentieth century has witnessed significant transformations in making of foreign policy. Actors and institutions involved in foreign affairs have increased in number and scope as democratic ideas have triumphed in most parts of the world. In particular, direct involvement of national parliaments in the external affairs of states has increased considerably. The purpose of the present paper is to examine the recent trends on the concept of ‘parliamentary diplomacy’ and its’ potential role in shaping and controlling foreign policy.

Quality evaluation of a selected partition: An approach based on resampling methods

The aim of this work on cluster analysis is to provide a methodology to analyse and assess the quality of a selected partition (the best partition according to several validation indexes). In the proposed approach, the evaluation of the stability and of the consistency of the results of the selected partition (original partition) was done using the comparison between this partition and each of the partitions (with the same number of clusters that the original one) obtained by resampling.

A study on problems faced by women entrepreneurs in ernakulam district, Kerala

Women Entrepreneur is a person who accepts challenging role to meet her personal needs and become economically independent. The state of Kerala is the industrially developing area in which some of the entrepreneurs excel in small scale industry. Even though the government organizes women by various associations, they are not ready to undertake the business. As compared to men, women are less motivated to start business units due to some unwanted fear and lack of motivation.

Resistance against root rot and stem decay of amaranthushybridus by a dual treatment with glomusfasciculatumand trichodermaharzianumvis-à-vis production

Six accessions of Amaranthussp procured from National Bureau of Plant Genetic Resources (NBPGR), New Delhi. Among the six accessions, IC 95609 was highly susceptible to root rot and stem decay disease which causes loss in productivity. Root rot and stem decay disease caused by Fusariumsolani which affects different agro-morphological traits of the crop plant. Amaranthus is a leaf vegetable.

Revitalizing head teacher's instructional leadership role: a possible remedy for reducing educational losses in secondary education

This paper discusses about the contribution of head teacher as instructional leaders to reduce educational losses including dropout and repetition rate and promoting students learning competency in secondary education.  I discussed available literature, state my best experiences during my teaching career and field experiences of research works while preparing this paper.
