O aumento de biomassa das gramíneas pode ser potencializado com o uso dos fertilizantes nitrogenados. Dessa forma objetivou-se avaliar a produção de massa de forragem de capim piatã sob pastejo de ovinos e fertilização nitrogenada durante a primavera. O experimento foi instalado em delineamento de blocos casualizados com quatro tratamentos (0, 150, 300 e 450 kg ha de N) e três repetições, em parcelas de 36 m2. A fertilização nitrogenada foi aplicada parceladamente, de acordo como os tratamentos.

Objetivo: Avaliar o impacto do trauma cervical ocorrido em pacientes pediátricos, quanto às mudanças no percurso de vida do acidentado. Metodologia: Realizou-se uma pesquisa qualitativa com abordagem interpretativa de narrativas, com indivíduos menores de 18 anos, atendidos por traumatismo da Medula Espinhal no Hospital de São João em Porto, Portugal. Resultados: Participaram 05 indivíduos de ambos os sexos, sendo que dois evoluíram com tetraplegia.

O processo de democratização de acesso às universidades fez com que as Instituições de Ensino Superior apresentassem variações individuais que demandaram estratégias e planejamentos dos gestores, com a finalidade de mudanças para se adequar a realidade dos alunos, não somente para o ingresso no ensino superior, mas também no risco de evasão. A assistência estudantil é um mecanismo também de democratização das oportunidades de acesso e permanência de alunos nas universidades.

This article reexamines Chinese export trade from a new perspective of the embeddedness of Global Value Chain (GVC) leading to changes in export income elasticity. Based on the export demand model under the incomplete substitution hypothesis, this paper proposes the theoretical hypothesis that the embeddedness of GVC affects the export income elasticity through structural effects and bullwhip additional effect, and empirically tests the above two effects and their impact mechanisms with 2001-2015 import and export panel data of 21 industries.

Objetivou-se com o presente estudo compreender o processo de regulação de leitos sob a ótica da fila de espera para realização de cirurgias eletivas. Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa de literatura com abordagem qualitativa realizada por meio da biblioteca virtual Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO) e da base de dados Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências de Saúde (LILACS). Ao término de aplicação dos critérios de inclusão e exclusão e leituras dos resumos, foram selecionados 8 artigos que conferiram maior relevância à abordagem temática desta revisão.

Objetivo: Descrever os sentimentos e percepções de uma mulher que terá um filho com microcefalia. Materiais e Métodos: Trata-se de estudo de caso, de natureza qualitativa, da narrativa de vida de uma mulher que teve confirmação de diagnóstico de microcefalia no feto durante a gestação, cadastrada e acompanhada em uma Unidade Básica de Saúde (UBS), em um município do Nordeste brasileiro.

In this study, we evaluate industrial grape pomace from two wineries in the region known as São Francisco Valley, in Brazil, which were produced in two different cycles in 2015. The interest in this field of research arises from recent studies that have shown that macro-antioxidant (MACAN) substances have a positive effect on the body, especially because they favor the health of the gastrointestinal tract. Thus, in this research we analyze several varieties of grapes, such as Alicante Bouschet, Egiodola, Tempranillo, Touriga Nacional and Syrah.

COVID-19 The integrity evaluation of heat transfer tubes is an important part of nuclear power safety. The capability evaluation of nondestructive testing is an inevitable requirement for the development of quality evaluation. On the basis of case analysis, two parameters of uncertainty (M) and detection credibility (N) are introduced to evaluate nondestructive testing capability. The uncertainty is expressed by the relative value of the difference between the detection failure probability and the real failure probability.

The aim of this study was to identify the spatial distribution of the elderly in the city of Maringá, Paraná, according to the prevalence of IC. This is a cross-sectional survey conducted with 377 elderly users from all Basic Health Units (UBS) in the city. The Rome III Criteria were used to define the presence of IC. Data analysis was performed using the local empirical Bayesian Estimator, the global Moran index. Statistical analyzes were performed with the aid of the statistical environment R (R Development Core Team), version 3.3.1 (p≤0.05).

Objective: To investigate the behavior of thyroid hormones in a population exposed to mercury and selenium, which lives in a municipality located in the Western Amazon, in Brazil. Methodology: Observational, descriptive, cross-sectional study, conducted with 141 people, distributed by neighborhoods based on the epidemiological study of clusters that occurred randomly in 21 neighborhoods. Blood was the material used to analyze total Hg, total Se and TSH and free T4.
