Industrial public policy versus the industrialization factor in aguascalientes, Mexico 2000-2018

This article approaches the sort of industrial policy that has been adopted during the last eighteen years in the city of Aguascalientes, Mexico. Such public policy stands out due to its use of formal and informal (i.e. illegal) means to attract Foreign Direct Investment (FDI). The aforementioned industrial public policy has been possible thanks to the articulation of agreements between its three main social stakeholders: governments, entrepreneurs, and labor unions, who have been able to attain, during the last 18 years, a near-universal reduction of labor conflict within factories.

Qualitative analysis against political process in policy making concerning national budget of Indonesian Republic

The objective of research is to carry out qualitative analysis against political process in policy making concerning National Budget of Indonesian Republic. Method of this research is qualitative approach. Result of this research indicates that political process in budgeting policy making begins with planning, continues toward discussion, and ends at pro-people budget realization. Every member of People’s Representative Council, either personally or Fractions, must improve their competency and commitment to the actualization of pro-people budget shaped by political process.

A theoretical understanding of transformational leadership

Transformational leadership is defined as a leadership approach that causes change in individuals and social systems. In its ideal form, it creates valuable and positive change in the followers with the end goal of developing followers into leaders. Enacted in its authentic form, transformational leadership enhances the motivation, morale and performance of followers through a variety of mechanisms.

The influence of basic motor skills in children from 06 to 12 years in the modality of athletics

This article is entitled "The influence of basic motor skills in children aged 6 to 12 years in the athletics modality", where our interest was to investigate the methods and training stages applied in the wrong way in the modalities to impair the athletics modality. Therefore, we defined the general objective, to analyze the influence of the basic motor skills of running, jumping and throwing in children from 6 to 12 years, for good performance in athletics in physical education classes. The main authors who supported this research were Gallahue, Matthiesen, Fonseca, Gozolli.

Memory and corruption in the collor de mello case: the judgement of conviction as an expression of justice or vengeance

In this essay, we present results of the research developed in the ambit of the Research Group on Discourse Analysis (Grupo de PesquisaemAnálise de Discurso, or GPADis). We discuss the issue of corruption, both in relation to memory and vis-à-vis the act of judging, articulating the categories abuse of memory, sense of justice and spirit of vengeance.

Objetivo: Correlacionar os casos de Dengue na Cidade de Belém com os dados de Precipitação e Temperatura do Ar. Método: Estudo descritivo, retrospectivo, ecológico, de correlação.

Memory and clandestine recordings as a mean of production of evidence in cases of corruption in Brazil

In this work, we present the results of an analysis of the functioning of clandestine recordings as a means of evidence production, in Brazil, in criminal investigations and criminal proceedings of the cases "Fernando Collor" and "DelcídioAmaral". The question that we try to answer concerns the effects of meaning of illicit, legal effect and safety of these instruments of evidence production. The corpus was constituted of the judgments of the two cases.

Psychological evaluation contributions to sexual abuse situations

The Psychological Evaluation (PE) is considered an sub-area of Psychology that refers to the understanding of personality phenomena and cognitive functions. The objective of the article was to discuss the contributions of Psychological Evaluation to situations of sexual abuse. This concerns the involvement of a child or adolescent in sexual activity for whom they are not prepared due to their level of development. Methodologically, the article is a systematic literature review of a descriptive nature.
