In this essay, we present results of the research study that aims at analyzing the truth effects produced by the numbers of parliamentarians of each political party who are accused of having committed unlawful and fraudulent practices or violation of the legal norms during the period of redemocratization of Brazilian society. The analytical archive comprised copies of texts from databases available on the worldwide web, which present information from courts available on the Internet. The first database is part of the Ranking of Politicians project.

The environmental problem regarding the undue disposal of solid waste is the subject of current discussions. Chewing gums are a daily and common waste, incorrectly disposed of in 90% of situations. The decomposition of chewing gum may take up to five years, by light and oxygen from the air - however, because it contains both artificial and natural resins, the process may be longer. For convenience and the class of residue it is, an elastic resin with the characteristic of sticking easily in several places, many people glue the chewing gum under classes and chairs.

The Indigenous people, who had already been presented to Christianity through the Catholic missions, since the arrival of the Portuguese people, were now facing a new religious configuration: Protestantism. This was the result of France and the Netherlands invasions - Protestant states – even after the colony had already constituted.

When creativity dies: creative economy in Brazil’s 2018 presidential election

The aims are to identify the main proposals by Brazil’s 2018 presidential candidates on issues related to creative economy in their government plans and programs andexamine the similarities and differences in the treatment of these issues in the documents. The central argument points out that there has been little deepening and detailing of the proposals, which reveals that, for political parties, creative economy would not be the engine of national development.

Sustainability in the Brazilian aeronautical chain under the global compact

Sustainability has demanded from organizations that do not compromise the survival of future generations. UN proposed the global pact to mobilize governments and organizations to protect environment and society. It is imperative that operation planning has to be extended upstream and downstream to be understood as a supply chain, and therefore their strategies must be aligned. This work investigated whether sustainability is present in the strategies of the organizations that are part of the supply chain of the Brazilian aeronautical industry.

The distance education modality has a path of transformations throughout time, always allied to the development of communication technologies. In Brazil, this modality expanded in the last decade, through the creation of the Etec Brazil Network, by the federal government, according to Decree nº 7.589 of2011, that aimed at expanding the access to education, besides that searching for the interiorization of teaching policies.

The BrasilianNacional Program for Family agriculture – PRONAF is an agrarian policy for agriculture and has as main goal to provide different ways of credit to small family farmers in order to improve conditions of living in the countryside. The goal of this article is to analyze the impacts of PRONAF policy developed in Apiaú area in Mucajaí country-RR through study of case of the families, including the representatives of the department of agriculture in Boa Vista (SEAPA) and technicians from Apiaú agriculture department were some of methods used.

This work aims to discuss the possibility or not of transferring copyright and related rights in employment relationship of artists in entertainment shows, based on analysis of provisions of Laws 6,533 / 1978 and 9,610 / 1998. For that, initially, the distinction between concepts of copyright and related rights is done, analyzing them in their patrimonial and moral aspects.
