The roles of price perception and physical environment in determining customer loyalty: evidence from fast food restaurant of Malaysia

Over the last decade, fast food restaurant in Malaysia has witnessed immense growth and it is now catering to almost 100 million profits. In order to sustain customer loyalty, fast food restaurants are striving to achieve high customers’ satisfaction through improved of facilities and better price. This study investigated the impact of physical environment and price perception on customer’s loyalty in fast food restaurant of Malaysia.

Experimental study on shear creep properties of mudstone of badong formation

The mudstone of Badong formation (T2b) is taken as the research object about its shear creep properties with shear creep test. Relation between shear creep, shear creep rate and different normal stresses are firstly concerned. Besides, the fast-shear and shear creep tests determine its long-term strength and shear strength indicators C, φ. Moreover, linear fit relationship τ=A+Bσ (A,B are constants) is obtained which subjects to Mohr-Coulomb criterion.

Self compacting concrete: a review

Self-compacting, or “self-consolidating” concrete (SCC) was first developed in Japan in the early nineties. Substantial research was carried out with regard to the properties of SCC. Because of the well-controlled conditions, the introduction of SCC in the precast concrete industry was successful. With regard to the application in situ, the development is slower, because of the sensitivity of the product. In this paper the mechanical properties of SCC in comparison to conventional concrete are discussed.

Analysis of flow through rectangular mini channel with surface irregularities

This paper presents numerical investigations on forced convection in  mini-channels with realistic cross-sectional shapes. The numerical study is based on Finite Difference solution of the governing equations, incorporating  actual irregular cross-sectional profile of fabricated channel in the flow domain, using image processing. Numerical studies have been performed using  ANSYS Fluent 13.0 to obtain the temperature distributions and calculate heat  transfer parameters in water flow through mini-channel.

Accessing software quality for component-based software through trustworthiness and dependability analysis

We are witnessing an enormous growth in the use of software in business, manufacturing, administration, defense, medical and research. Software is not only significant in technical systems but also has become an important factor in lots of other disciplines. This has motivated the software community to search for flexible, timely, cost-efficient, trustworthy and dependable software development methodology.

Antioxidant potential of medicinal plant ipomoea Cairica (L) sweet

In present study, the in-vitro antioxidant activities of the methanolic extracts of leaves and flowers of Ipomoea cairica were determined by spectrophotometric method. Antioxidant activities of extract were expressed as percentage of DPPH radicals inhibition. The methanolic extract of Ipomoea cairica leaves showed maximum antioxidant activity of 83.52% and methanolic extract of Ipomoea cairica flowers showed maximum antioxidant activity 81.85 % at 500 μg/ml concentrations. This study reveals that leaves and flowers of I. cairica can be used as natural sources of antioxidants.

Parental satisfaction on vocational rehabilitation services for adults’ with intellectual disability

The purpose of the study is to measure the parental satisfaction on vocational rehabilitation services for adults’ with intellectual disability. A survey was carried out on a sample of 60 parents’ (42 mothers’ and 18 fathers’) of adults’ with mild, moderate and severe intellectual disability, between the age ranges of 18 to 40 years. The sample was drawn from residential and non- residential Vocational rehabilitation centers situated in the twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad.

Quality analysis of the Indian scad oil (Decapterus sp) as a fungtional microencapsule in the brownies

The study aims to describe the differences in quality, yield and composition of ω-3 fatty acids in fish oil, and quality microencapsule as functional materials on brownies. The research was conducted in three stages, namely extraction, testing the quality, yield and composition of ω-3 fatty acids and proximate of brownies. Analysis of quality concist of the composition of ω-3 fatty acids, yield, peroxide, anisidin, and total oxidation. Proximate data were analyzed with ANOVA and continued with HSD  at level α of 5%. The results showed that yield of the method BD is 4.05% and SP is 3.70%.

Successful management of a case of cervical ectopic pregnancy (combination method)

Cervical pregnancy is a rare ectopic. A Patient aged 26 years primi gravida attended OBG Department OPD with a USG report of cervical ectopic pregnancy. Two Injections Intramuscular Methotrexate 1 mg/kg body weight, Inj. Folinic Acid 0.10 mg/kg body weight (6 mg) was given on alternative days. Even then, the hcG titres were not declined satisfactorily. Foetal cardiac pulsations were present. Then Inj. KCl, Methotrexate was given intra amnoitically. Uterine artery embolization was done to reduce the vascularity in tropoblastic tissue.
