Agricultural growth is considered a very close link to rural development and hence poverty alleviation. There’s therefore an urgent need for sustainable increase in agricultural productivity through adoption of new and efficient technologies to improve food security, alleviate poverty and stimulate economic growth.

Expression technology, such as high density DNA microarray, allows us to monitor gene expression patterns at the genomic level. Advent of this technology leads to the new challenges of extracting biologically relevant knowledge from such large gene expression data sets. As a result, data mining of gene expression data has become an important area of research for biologists. Suitable mining techniques will contribute to get into the insight of the gene-gene relationships and that may further lead to discover hidden facts related to any species or microbes.
With the aim to evaluate the efficacy of Bilva taila Karnabasti and Bilva Taila Karnapuran in the management of Vardhakyajanya Badhirya (Presbycusis), a Single blind randomized clinical study was done. For the clinical study of Vardhakyajanya Badhirya (Presbycusis), 30 subjects was selected and studied. Subject’s fulfilling the criteria of diagnosis was studied irrespective of their religion, caste, sex and socio-economic status from shalakya-tantra department of the institute after thorough scrutiny and proper consent in his/her language.
A psychological topic that has been neglected is organizations is conditioning. Though this concept has been extendedly examined in theoretical settings, its application to professional and organizational life has not really been touched upon. The aim of this paper is to show that conditioning in fact plays an important role in organizational settings and professional life. The main purpose of the research is to show that conditioning in the workplace affects the motivation and so performances of both the employees and managers.
The concept of public private partnership is such that the Private Sector is allow a long- term obligation to yield public service delivery particularly public infrastructure. In Nigeria, the state of infrastructure was poor and insufficient due to successive government’s failure to develop, expand, and maintain the available infrastructure. This paper therefore evaluates public private partnership as a major factor determinant for the procurement of public infrastructures.

The traditional transportation system was exchange with the innovation of stem and powerful engines. The density of transportation and its development (modernity) is control of economic development of a country. The economic development of any under developing state can be attributed relatively poor condition of transport system.
This study aimed to critically describe the value of "Local Democracy" in the Leadership and Governance System of the Sultanate of Buton with application to community development. This research used a qualitative approach in the context of the study of community centered onethnographical, historical, and comparative methods(Steward, 1950; Peribadi, et.,al. 2015). All of them were used eclectically, but were given more priority to the aspect of ethnographical method.
India is one of the several fast growing economies of the world. Despite this, poverty is still pervasive in the nation, especially in rural areas where almost 70% of India’s 1.3 billion people dwell. For combating this debauched scenario, a wide range of poverty alleviation policies have been introduced in the country since the liberation of the country from the colonial regime. Among them, the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MGNREGA) scheme outruns all the existing arrangements and stands out as the largest poverty alleviation scheme operational in the country.
The Indian economy is characterised by the huge majority of informal workers either in unorganized sector or in organized sector and a minority of organized workers. The present paper is survey based report on the conditions of workers in unorganized as well as organized sector in the campus of Jawaharlal Nehru University. The study also focusses on the rapid increase in the casualisation of workers in organized sector which has led to decline in the overall working and living conditions of the workers in the organized sector.
