Social security has own history and it deserves a deep research to be conducted and results to be properly highlighted. This article started discussing basic concepts of social security through its historical aspects. Two basic Bismarkian and Beveridgian concepts are different by origin and technically but nowadays successfully enrich and complement each other but nevertheless both of them don’t lose its peculiarities. 

Customers’ perception about green marketing

Due to the environmental issues, green products have got more attention during the latest years and the availability of such products is increasing. It has been the global concern for the purpose of the preservation of the environment. This study aims to study the perception of consumers about green marketing. The corporate firms perceive that green marketing is an effective tool not only to achieve the organizational goals and but also to gain competitive advantage and build brand equity also as the greener firms are preferred nowadays.

The control of target training zone and its specific role in the performance of physical activities

Objective: The aim of this study was to address the use of the target zone method in training to improve physical appearance, and demonstrate how this method affects the ultimate goal of someone who does physical activities. The methodology used to prepare this article was literature review. The evolution of this science has had an important role in the process of evaluation and results, and has helped point to new methods providing new directions to physical appearance.

Comparitive study of management of peptic ulcer perforation

Peptic ulcers include following gastric ulcers and Duodenal ulcers. The aim of our study is to study the various method and management of peptic ulcer perforation and significance of thease in post operative period. The treatment of perforated ulcer disease continues to evolve because of recent advances in pharmacology, bacteriology, and operative technique. The main surgical treatment option was simple closure with Graham patch and laparoscopic.

Stigma associated with electroconvulsive therapy among patients who received ect

The purpose of this study was to assess the stigma associated with ECT among patients at Department of Psychiatry, Christian Medical College, Vellore. A sample of 50 was selected using consecutive sampling technique. Data were collected by interviewing the subjects with Stigma assessment scale. The mean age of patient was 30.42 years Majority of the population still holds ECT as a stigmatizing treatment option.

E-retailing: challenges and opportunities in India

E-retailing refers to a practice of selling retail goods through internet. Basically it is a revolution in e-commerce and e-business and modernize way of selling goods and services by online. Due to technological advancement retailing wearing a new concept and emerged as in new form of e-retailing. The current era is full with new challenges, today’s trends get old tomorrow and a new challenge covers the market. Therefore, businessman always still in awaken situation in respect to market changes and threats.

Macroeconomic effects of capital flow structure in sub-saharan Africa

The influence of capital flows on the macroeconomic stability has been a great concern and examining the effect is of great importance to the macroeconomic policies and risk aversion measures in the recipient countries. Therefore, this study quantitatively analyzed the influences of the capital flows on growth rate of output and inflation rate using several Structural Vector Autoregressive (SVAR) models. The study found that the capital flows have inconclusive effects on output and inflation in the selected African countries from 1985Q1 to 2015Q4.

Human developmentand happiness: A cross-nations path analysis

This paper aimed to analysis correlation between human development, global competitiveness and happiness as well as the impact of human development, bothdirect and indirect, on happiness, with global competitiveness as moderator variable. Cross-section data on human development, global competitiveness and happiness indices were collected from 123 countries and employed in a path analysis model. The results show that the correlation between human development and happiness was positive and very strong.

Strategy and innovation for a new tourism environment outside competition

The present study attempts a bibliographical recording of the changes implemented focusing on technological developments, knowledge, innovation and cooperation as well as competition regarding tourism and hospitality enterprises. It is an approach from the perspective of Strategic Management, whereas references are made to the changes brought about by technological developments, innovation and internationalization of innovation in strategic management of tourism enterprises. This paper attempts to present a comprehensive collaborative value chain with focus on knowledge and innovation.
